I wanted to write a review about this hardwood casket I bought from Casket Emporium. I was marveled by the craftsmanship and beauty of this casket when it arrived at the funeral home. Thank you to the owner, Joe, for your expertise and guidance.

We purchased a wood casket for my Dads Cremation. We didn't want the plain wood or cardboard box , my Dad deserved something elegant and the funeral home had nothing we liked. This was so beautiful and Arrived on time when Joe said it would.Very pleased with everything.

My fourth time using this company. We always order wood caskets with velvet interior. Based on my experience the wood is of high quality and the delivery is always on time. It’s an all around positive experience.

This organization handled my purchase with professionalism. Very fast, honest and easy to talk with. We saved a lot of money at a vulnerable time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Sadly my father passed away December 17, 2024 at the age of 89.
I had been researching caskets just prior to his death.
I came across Casket Emporium and its owner Joe.
We had selected a casket and I had placed the order on line. It was easy to do and something that I needed to do as we planed his funeral.
Joe texted with me and then called. We talked for a while and after listening to me talk about my dad Joe suggested a casket he felt would better suit my dad. It was the same price as the one I chose but had a lot more detail in it.
After showing my sisters the pictures we decided that we like the one Joe suggested.
Now I want to stress that at no time did Joe make me feel pressured, or forced to select a different one. He was very good at helping me pick something in the wood color we wanted.
So I went ahead and placed the order. Joe got right on it and it was delivered very quickly to the funeral home.
It arrived undamaged and in pristine condition.
My dad’s service was held on 1/6 due to the holidays. As funeral homes do they allow the family time with the deceased prior to the public arriving.
When I set my eyes on the casket I simply could not believe the quality and craftsmanship that was put into the casket.
Everyone commented on the casket color and design it and my father was the center point of the service. And that is exactly what I expected.
Joe truly put time into understanding the man my father was. What he liked and appreciated and his simple suggestion truly helped me out when I needed it.
I’m always a bit worried about buying something on line. And this was the first time for me in this situation. Talking to Joe felt more like talking to a friend.
I would also like to point out that the funeral home cost for a similar casket was many thousands of dollars more than what this one cost.
I truly feel I got a whole lot more product for my money than from the funeral homes caskets. Especially in a wooden stained casket.
You simply won’t go wrong dealing with the owner and your time is better spent planning a great service rather than thinking of cost.

Joe showed great kindness,professionalism and patience in a difficult time. I felt no pressure, he answered all my questions and there was no up sales tactic. I knew what I wanted and he was able to provide the right casket in a timely fashion.

I would give 10 stars if I could to Joe at Casket Emporium . He was so kind and compassionate after the loss of my dad. Joe went above and beyond to get this perfect wood casket to the funeral home on a Saturday. We could not have been in better hands working with Joe and Casket Emporium.

Looking for a nice wood Casket for our Grandfather brought me here and we found the perfect one here. We ordered and it was delivered very quickly. The pictures online did it no justice. This casket is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Casket Emporium.

Casket arrived the next business day, still amazed at that. The casket was very nice, well made and looks as appeared on the website. Our family was very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. Cost was much less than anywhere else with a high quality wood and not Veneer.
