   My mom and I started looking for Caskets months before she passed away. We felt it was what we should do, instead of making rash decisions in the funeral home. We looked at many sites but we kept coming back here. We liked all the products here but this casket kept our attention. We intiated a chat and Joe , the owner, was very helpful through the chat and on the phone. He was supportive and very helpful to our family. When my mom passed , we called Joe remembered our conversation and this Casket. He made sure the casket was here next day and when it came it was everything we imagined. Just want to write and thank Joe for everything he did for our Family. Highly recommend at least speaking with Joe!!

   We purchased from another company first but after finding out it was coming from the West Coast, we got nervous and canceled the order. The funeral home referred us to here , saying they are local and deliver really fast. We called and it was the best decision! Casket was perfect and Joe delivered 5 hours after ordering, he heard the stress in our voice from the original company. So grateful to the funeral home with these amazing recommendation.

   Casket Emporium is the best and only company you should buy a casket from. Joe called and understood our concerns and he had the delivery next day even though we ordered so late the day before. He said it wasn’t a concern going to Brooklyn the next day, as he had 8 caskets going there as well. We are so happy to work here and the casket we received was just as beautiful in person as it was online, Thanks again!

   Thank you so much. This casket we purchased from here was absolutely beautiful. It was packaged and shipped with such care being delivered on the date I needed it. The funeral director asked where I bought it and remarked how beautiful it was. The prices here made a very difficult time for us so very helpful! I would not hesitate to buy from Casket Emporium again if ever needed.
