We originally ordered from Costco and the casket never arrived. The funeral home warned us not to order from them, gave us so many Horror stories about Costco. We wanted this casket, we looked around and found it here and we needed it fast. We called and Joe not only assured us of delivery, it arrived same day and we paid upon delivery. Thank you Joe for bailing us out!!! We now know and are telling all, shop Local small business, they take care of the customers!!!

So grateful we found you. Not going to give anyone the satisfaction but thanks to Joe and Casket Emporium, they delivered the casket same day as ordering. We ordered elsewhere and the casket came late and with a big dent in top. We called here in a panic and Joe not only delivered 1 hour later and it was perfect, he didn’t want to be paid until it was delivered. Talk about a service!!!

We needed a casket for my father’s wake and service. We missed the cutoff in which the casket could be shipped on Costco Website. We looked further and found the same one here and after speaking with Joe and learning about caskets and shipping, we ordered the same one from here and it was delivered way faster than Costco can. In fact it was next day in the funeral home by 3pm. Thank you Joe!

Excellent all-around! Pleasant to work with from ordering the casket to having it delivered on schedule. The casket was just what we were hoping for!! The price was far lower than the funeral home, saving us , which was a blessing! Very helpful with non-casket-related inquiries we had! Overall a 10 star experience.

This company is very economical, and my casket arrived at the funeral home next day after ordering. This casket was very nice in person.
