This was one of the best looking Caskets we have ever seen. The online picture here doesn't really show its HIGH QUALITY!! We are so happy to have bought this Casket. Good morning. My name is Angela Williams. I recently just buried my beloved mother. However, during the time of preparation, I wanted a different casket, not the usual ones, the funeral home sales. I reached out to another casket company, whom I will not mention by name right now. This company had what I wanted upon delivery to the funeral home. The casket device was defective and also not the best quality. I reached out to this company, and they gave me such a hard time with trying to rectify the situation and even after speaking to two different funeral directors that have been in the business for 25+ years ! They still refused to make it right. It was on a Sunday my mom funeral was to held that following Tuesday. Now I'm searching for another company and found Joe at CASKET EMPORIUM. Let me tell you something Joe took very good care of me a every step of the way. He was attentive my needs. I just was so overwhelmed by his empathy for me.
