Just wanted to let you know how perfect the casket was for our mother’s funeral. We were all so happy with the quality and the look of it. Thank you for working the magic you worked to get it to us on time, since Costco Caskets didn’t deliver on time . We are so grateful.

I want to thank you again for everything! The casket was absolutely beautiful! Or as beautiful as one can be. My mother was very pleased with it. I also wanted to say that your driver Shawn is an awesome person as well. He let me know when he would be there and we arrived at the same time. He was also nice enough to help me unload it with no hesitation. Again thank you from my family and myself!

The funeral home was even impressed with this casket. They had to hide the casket from potential customers because it was so nice. Thanks Joe

Thank you Joe for professionalism, on time delivery and you didn't want to be paid until it was delivered. Casket was delivered to Queens 5 days ahead of the funeral on 1/13/2023. Thanks Joe

I can't be more satisfied with this casket and the customer service Joe provided. Ordered the casket on Sunday and was delivered Monday Morning on time. Joe texted and showed us pictures when it was delivered.
