We looked at a number of online casket companies. Casket Emporium was the most efficient, easier to navigate and more in line with what we wanted. We did not want our Fathers casket to take 3-5 days to get here and we also wanted the casket to be uncrated and delivered at a certain time, Joe was easy to work with, met all expectations, the delivery was what we wanted, there were no flaws or problems with this casket. Was more than satisfied with everything. We just felt other companies with the "Free Delivery" , "10 percent coupon" were more than likely not going to deliver the casket when needed and/or would be highly damaged. D
