We didn’t want to wait for my dads casket 2-3 days from other online companies, coming on a common carrier..A friend used Casket Emporium and assured us, this is the Guy too use. We called and Joe answered and Joe assured us he would personally deliver and we didn’t even pay until he arrived. Well he was there next day. We are SO HAPPY!!! The casket was so nice. He was so nice. We just felt our dads casket should not be transported around the country on a truck, We wanted personal service and that’s what we got. The funeral home even stated, that’s the company to use. You want someone who actually handles the casket, touches it and delivers it. Great service!!! Thank you so much!!!
