When my father passed away, my family thought I was crazy to think about purchasing a casket on-line. I took a leap of faith and was quite pleased after contacting Joe from Casket Emporium. He was fair, compassionate, and efficient. He sent me pictures while on the phone and helped my family select the right casket. I definitely felt the pressure from my family because there wasn't a second chance to get this right. The casket needed to be delivered the next morning. He accommodated the request and delivered a quality product on-time. He stayed in contact throughout the process and answered some silly questions I had in a professional manner. His customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend his service.

Fast, professional service at an affordable price. This was a beautiful cherry wood casket for a fraction of what the funeral home charges, by a lot! We still can't believe the savings we received.

We received this high quality wood casket in 48 hours.. We would have paid more at the funeral home, but saved a lot by buying here. This casket was much nicer in person than the picture here. We are very happy that we purchased this casket than one at the funeral home.
